At SMMServiceUSA, we provide digital social media marketing services, including engagement packages and PVA accounts. Because these are digital and often delivered instantly or begin processing quickly, refunds are limited and handled under specific conditions.

We strongly encourage customers to review service details carefully before placing an order.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Your order was not delivered within the stated time.

  • The order remains stuck in Pending and cannot be fulfilled.

  • The delivered service is completely non-functional.

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.

  • A verified technical error occurred on our system.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order date. Requests submitted after this period may be declined.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Due to the nature of SMM and digital products, refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Orders that have already been successfully delivered.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect link or username provided by the customer.

  • Account bans, suspensions, or content removal by social media platforms.

  • Minor drops in followers, views, or engagement.

  • Services marked as non-refundable.

Please understand that social media platforms frequently update their systems, and small fluctuations are normal.


4. Refill & Replacement Policy

Many services at SMMServiceUSA include a refill guarantee instead of refunds.

If your eligible service experiences a drop within the refill period:

  • We will refill the lost amount free of charge.

  • Requests must be made within the service’s refill window.

  • The original post/account must remain public.

  • The link must not be changed.

If refill is not possible, we may issue partial credit at our discretion.


5. PVA & Digital Account Refund Rules

For PVA accounts and digital account products:

  • Accounts are tested before delivery.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After 24 hours, the account is considered accepted.

  • Accounts restricted due to customer activity are not refundable.

Valid_toggle proof is required for replacement or credit.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled if they have not started processing.

  • Pending: Cancellation possible

  • Processing/Completed: Cancellation not allowed

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your balance or original payment method.


7. Refund Processing Time

After approval:

  • Balance refunds: 24–48 hours

  • Payment gateway refunds: 3–10 business days

  • Crypto refunds: returned to original wallet (network fees may apply)
