2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • The order remains in “Pending” status for an extended period and cannot be fulfilled.

  • The delivered service is completely non-functional or invalid.

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order.

  • A technical error on our platform caused an incorrect charge.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order date. Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that social media platforms frequently update their algorithms. Minor fluctuations in followers, views, or engagement are normal and do not qualify for refunds.


4. Refill and Replacement Policy

Instead of refunds, many services at SMMServiceUSA include a refill or replacement guarantee. If your eligible service experiences a drop within the stated refill period, we will restore the lost quantity at no additional cost.

Refill terms:

  • The service must include a refill guarantee.

  • The request must be made within the refill period shown on the service page.

  • The original link must remain unchanged.

  • The account or post must remain public.

If refill is not possible, we may issue partial credit at our discretion.


5. PVA and Digital Account Policy

For PVA accounts and other digital account products:

  • Accounts are tested before delivery.

  • Claims for non-working accounts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After the claim window expires, the account is considered accepted.

  • Accounts that become restricted after customer use are not eligible for refund.

If valid proof is provided within the allowed time, we will replace the account or issue appropriate credit.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet started processing.

  • If the order status is Pending, you may request cancellation.

  • If the order status is Processing or Completed, cancellation is not possible.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method or account balance.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests once service delivery has begun.


7. Refund Processing Time

  • Account balance refunds are usually processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Payment gateway refunds may take 3–10 business days, depending on the provider.

  • Cryptocurrency payments, if refundable, will be returned to the original wallet address (network fees may apply).

SMMServiceUSA is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or blockchain networks.


8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us:

  • Your account may be permanently suspended.

  • Future orders may be restricted.
